Option 1: in the app
- Open the Daha Service app and log in.
- Tap Account in the bottom bar, then Delete account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Option 2: on this website
Enter the email address on your account. We'll email you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Name, email, phone number, password and PIN | Erased 30 days after you delete |
| NIN, BVN, TIN and CAC lookup results | Erased 30 days after you delete |
| Login history, IP addresses and device details | Erased 30 days after you delete |
| Support messages and your funding account | Erased 30 days after you delete |
| Transaction records (amount, date, service, reference) | Kept for as long as financial and anti-money-laundering laws require, then deleted |
Your account is closed as soon as you delete it. You can't delete it while your wallet still has a balance or a purchase is still processing; contact support for a refund first. Within 30 days you can ask us to restore it at dahatechorg1@gmail.com.
