How do I fund my wallet?
Every account gets its own bank account number. Transfer any amount to it from any Nigerian bank app and your wallet is credited automatically, usually within minutes.
What happens if a purchase fails?
You are refunded to your wallet automatically, straight away. If a provider takes longer to confirm, the purchase shows as pending and settles on its own; you get a notification either way.
Is my information safe?
Every purchase needs your 4-digit transaction PIN. NIN, BVN, TIN and CAC results are stored encrypted, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Airtime, data and bills cost exactly the amount you choose. Verification, tax and CAC services have a fixed fee shown before you pay.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Every transaction has a receipt you can view, print or download as a PDF, and you can export your full history.
How do I delete my account?
